Festival Mueca 2016 + rocker outfit

El pasado sábado tuvo lugar en el Puerto de La Cruz, el festival internacional de arte en la calle Mueca 2016, donde se mostraba el arte de diferentes artistas nacionales e internacionales en la isla. En mi caso me centré en acudir al "Mueca Fashion Fabric" que es un mercadillo que se organizó en una casa antigua del Puerto para dar a conocer el trabajo de múltiples diseñadores, fotografos y artistas tanto locales como extranjeros.

Last Saturday I went to the Mueca International Street Art Festival in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, where local and international artist take oportunity to show their art in the island. In my case I centered my attention in to the Fashion Fabric market, where lots of designers sell their pieces into a little typical canary house combined with a pop atmosphere

. I loved this contrast, and I found this event so interesting.

Ya se han realizado otras ediciones de este mercadillo, pero esta vez pudimos encontrar cosas maravillosas como los accesorios de Hammerhoj Design, las modernas piezas de joyería de Nayra Glez o la decoración natural para el hogar de Meplanto eco friendly decor entre otros increíbles diseñadores. Además también se dejaban ver fotografías e ilustraciones de artistas como Aida Rivero (Candy perfume world), las láminas de lettering de  Mr.Paperson o los collages de Lucilla Bellini. Así que ahora les enseñaré fotos de los stands que más me gustaron.

So, this time we could see the fabulous pieces from Hammerhoj Design, the modern and minimal jewerly of Nayra Glez or natural home decor from Meplanto eco friendly decor and other awesome designers. Also, they where pieces of art like pictures or illustrations from artists like Aida Rivero (Candy perfume world), lettering art from Mr.Paperson or Lucilla Bellini collages. Now I'll show you some pictures from my favorites pieces from this market and their respective designers.

Todo lo que había en el mercadillo era muy bonito e "instagrameable". Me encantó todo lo que pude ver en esta edición del Fashion Fabric y pienso que es una genial idea para promover a los artistas nacionales e internacionales dentro de la isla.

Además, a la noche fui al Pequeño Buda bar, donde la banda de mi chico (Mayflies) tocaría junto a la otra banda Damned Slaves y fue una buena forma de acabar el día.

All stuff there was so pretty and instagramable, I loved all what I saw in this Fashion Fabric edition and I think is a good idea for promote all the local and international artist and designers in the island.

Also, at night, I went to the Pequeño Buda bar, where my boyfriend band (Mayflies) gave a concert with Damned Slaves band and it was a good way to end rocking the night.

Finalmente voy a enseñarles lo que elegí para ponerme ese día. Esta vez opté por un "rocker outfit" ya que iba preparada para los conciertos de la noche, así que quería hacer juego con el ambiente y estética de las bandas.

Finally I'm going to show you what I was wearing that day. I choose an rocker but casual outfit because I was prepared for the concert night, so I wanted to match with the alternative esthetic of the bands. 

Black biker: Primark

Como pueden ver, este es un look totalmente desenfadado y hasta rockero, por lo que es perfecto si queremos usarlo para ir a conciertos de este tipo, además queda bien y es muy cómodo de llevar. Siempre me gusta darle un toque personal a mis looks así que también añadí detalles como una bandana negra atada en la parte de detrás del short y unas tachuelas de picos en el top de encaje negro.

As you can see this is an absolutely rocker and casual look, so it's perfect for going to bands concerts and is so comfy. Also, I added some details for customize this outfit, like the black bandana in the back of the shorts or the spike studs from the lace top.
